 Philip Murphy

Philip has worked as a communications strategist and advocate for corporate and government clients for the past 20 years. His specialty is high-stakes speechwriting, thought leadership, by-lined articles, and editorial persuasion via traditional and social media channels.

As Director of Executive Communications at Citigroup and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals he counseled the CEOs and senior leaders of those organizations on their strategic communications and developed internal and external programs to ensure that investors, employees, and potential recruits could fully understand the companies, their business objectives, and the strategies needed to achieve those objectives.  At Burson-Marsteller he worked as a crisis communications strategist on behalf of clients in the nuclear energy, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and financial services industries.

Philip began his career as a cocoa, coffee, and sugar trader in the World Trade Center and was once the Republican candidate for City Council in Washington, D.C. A native of New York City, he lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.

 

Karen Cooperman

Karen CoopermanKaren has practiced the high art of employee engagement and corporate culture building for more than 15 years, both inside global Fortune 100 companies and as a senior counselor helping clients to make their organizations more productive and resilient. She has positively transformed the corporate communications functions at a number of matrixed multinationals and she has helped many others through difficult changes in management, structure, and strategy.

A graduate of Cornell University, Karen speaks German and currently lives in New York City.

Noah Barron is a creative director with nearly a decade of professional graphic design and copywriting experience, both in agency and in-house positions.

With a Bachelor’s in English and Creative Writing from Stanford and a Master’s in Journalism from USC, Noah brings a storyteller’s flair and a reporter’s precision to PR/marketing creative, blending crisp copy with accessible, modern design for maximum impact.
